Steelheaders film fest featuring, 'The Last 100 Miles' by The Deschutes River Alliance

The Steelheaders Film Fest showcases inspiring films highlighting conservation efforts to protect the fish and rivers we love.

This year’s festival features The Last 100 Miles: The Fight for the Deschutes River, a documentary film produced by the Deschutes River Alliance. The film portrays the degradation of one of the finest trout and salmon sanctuaries anywhere in the world, and the work by those who love the river to save it.

We will also screen two additional films to be announced!

All attendees will be entered into a raffle on the night of the festival. Anyone who signs up for a NW Steelheaders membership that night will be entered into an additional special raffle.

Proceeds support our fellow conservation driven non-profit partners and the work of the Association of Northwest Steelheaders. The Deschutes River Alliance is a non-profit, science-based advocacy group seeking collaborative solutions to the threats facing the Wild and Scenic Deschutes River and its tributaries. We advocate for colder, cleaner water, a healthy ecosystem, and the recovery and protection of robust populations of resident and anadromous fish.

The Association of Northwest Steelheaders (ANWS) was founded in 1960 and is one of the oldest and most cherished conservation and sport fishing advocacy organizations in the Pacific Northwest. We are anglers dedicated to enhancing and protecting fish and their habitats for today and tomorrow. Our programs include youth conservation education, angler education, protecting public access to waterways, and advocating for fish.
