At McMenamins, we work toward our green initiative in all that we do. Since our early days more than 30 years ago, recycling has been a part of every unique location and varies from property to property. We employ two environmental coordinators who oversee reducing, reusing and recycling the company's waste -- one of them has been in this position for more than 15 years! We also work to prevent energy waste and promote energy savings and efficiency.
