Portugal. The Man + McMenamins

So American Salmon Burger

If you caught Portugal. The Man playing the Edgefield stage this summer, you may have also been lucky enough to try the So American Salmon Burger in the Black Rabbit Restaurant. But if you didn’t, we’re making enough for everyone…

The So American Salmon Burger takes its name from a favorite PTM song, “So American.” $1 from every So American Salmon Burger sold goes directly to the PTM Foundation, whose mission is focused on “community resilience, empathy, and awareness through music, stories, art, education and connectivity.” PTM Foundation’s work is centered around human rights issues with a specific focus on Indigenous Peoples, and McMenamins is proud to partner with PTM in raising awareness and funds to support these goals.

The So American Salmon Burger is wild-caught potlatch-seasoned salmon patty with American cheese, tartar sauce, lettuce and pickles. Served with your choice of fries or tots.
