Cellobration! is a cello duo founded by Max and Elizabeth Vance. The couple began playing
duets in 2022 at the start of their freshman year in college and have enjoyed making music
together ever since. Max and Elizabeth are both students at Seattle Pacific University,
where Max is pursuing degrees in Composition and Cello Performance, and Elizabeth
studies Music Therapy. Between the pair, they have over two decades worth of experience
playing and performing music on multiple instruments. Cellobration writes most of their
own arrangements ranging from the pop songs of Ed Sheeran and Taylor Swift to classical
styles of J.S Bach, making them well-suited to almost any occasion with live music. The
duo has performed all over Washington state at venues such as West Seattle Summer Fest,
Pecado Bueno, Pybus Market in Wenatchee, and The Seattle Wedding Expo.
