About Goldy & Foss

Goldy & Foss

Goldy & Foss are a singer-songwriter duo based in the Seattle area. They perform original music and tasty cover tunes across multiple genres. Catch any of their live performances and you'll find them moving seamlessly from Folk to Americana, to Blues, to Rock, to Latin ballads. Yet it all manages to sound cohesive - "strangely familiar" as one fan called it - and all part of the experience. Their original compositions have memorable melodies that stand on their own, yielding an unmistakably musical foundation for his quirky and compelling lyrics. Goldy & Foss deliver musical hooks, deft arrangements, and lush horn parts that provide a "just right" touch of color to support the emotional core of each song.

Goldy & Foss are:

Bryan Foss on vocals, trumpet & ukulele
Dave Goldberg on guitar, vocals and harmonica.

You can catch them at places around the Seattle area like Chateau Ste. Michelle, The Woodhouse Wine Estates Tim's Tavern, The Owl and Thistle, 192 Brewing Co, McMenemins, The Bungalow,Soulfood Coffeehouse as well as many others venues around the Seattle area.

About Robert Sarazin Blake & The Dublin Letters

Robert Sarazin Blake & The Dublin Letters

Robert Sarazin Blake & The Dublin Letters celebrate the Irish ballad tradition performing the music of Planxty, The Dubliners, The Clancy Brothers, The Pogues and some of the rare olde stuff.

The stories and the language of the old songs are letters from the past. When we hear them and sing them we get a window into another time.

With a lineup of guitar, bouzouki, harmonica, fiddle and, of course, singing, The Dublin Letters play traditional ballads, jigs and reels with a fair amount of good humor and audience banter. Robert grew up performing in his father's Irish band Mountain Thyme. Since he came of age, he's continued performing, celebrating his inheritance of songs.

About Curlew’s Call

Curlew’s Call

Mark Iler - Guitar, Harmonica & Vocals Mark Iler is a gifted singer/songwriter, performer and MC. Originally from the Detroit area, Mark has lived in the Puget Sound area since 1988. Mark performs throughout the Pacific Northwest as a solo singer/songwriter, accompanying his wry acoustic folk rock/popular/humor ballads on guitar, tenor guitar, and harmonica - as well as in Curlew's Call with Jess & Annie playing Celtic, Maritime, Sea Chanties and Originals. Mark is in demand as a studio session player and live concert sideman, also appearing with Hank Cramer, The Kevin Jones Band, and a variety of other Musical artists. He has also recorded 13 CDs with Hank Cramer and their work has earned critical acclaim. Mark generously shares his time as MC and sound volunteer for the Victory Music musicians' co-op, hosting "open mics" and song circles throughout the Puget Sound area for over 20 years. Mark holds a degree in Television Production, and owns and operates a professional audio recording company, Grey Hawk Productions. Jess McKeegan - Irish Whistle, Mandolin & Vocals In her musical life, she is known as Jess McKeegan, a singing musician who also plays the Irish Whistle, Guitar and Mandolin. Jess enjoys singing some of the more "Bawdy" pub type songs as well as the sad beautiful laments of Ireland. As a Celtic session player, Jess excels at playing the Irish Whistle (also known as the Pennywhistle or Tin Whistle) and singing sea shanties, ballads, and bawdy songs (her favorite). In her youth in the Philadelphia area, Jess started out playing guitar and singing at local coffee houses then spent a few years singing and playing flute in funk and disco bands. She studied flute and music theory at the Bryn Mawr Conservatory of Music. Her love of traditional music and acoustic instruments pulled her back to her Irish roots 20 years ago. Since then she's been a regular at Irish sessions in the Olympia area. Jess performed with the humorous nautical band Budd Bay Buccaneers for 7 years and with Hank Cramer since 2003 and appears on several of Hank's CDs. These days, Jess and her partner, Mark Iler, perform in a Celtic band and Annie Henry - known as Curlew's Call. Their other band (Mark, Jess & Julie), go out as Humor & Heart and perform everything from old Pop and Rock songs, Folk Classics, Tropical Americana to Originals. In her professional life, Jess is known as Jessica Jensen and is the owner and Senior Attorney of Cap City Law, a full service civil law firm with an emphasis on holistic and collaborative law in Olympia. Annie Henry - Violins & Vocals Pacific Northwest native Annie Henry has been entertaining and delighting audiences for 15 years with her unique mix of Celtic, Folk, and Contemporary music, both traditional and original.
