Imperial Milk Stout with Estate Figs

Charged with leading the Christmas revelries, the impish Lord of Misrule is ever changing. With jammy figs complementing a creamy, chocolaty mouthfeel, 2024's batch is the quintessential yuletide treat. We start by aging our tried-and-true Imperial Milk Stout in our own Hogshead Whiskey barrels. Meanwhile, Edgefield-grown figs are harvested and baked to caramelized perfection, then stirred into the brew, resulting in a true holiday gift wrapped in notes of caramel, chocolate and oak...
