About Irish Whiskey Dinner
In
Gaelic, Irish whiskey is known as uisce betha, the “water of life.” And
we couldn’t agree more. Celebrate Irish whiskey (and life!) at a multicourse
dinner in Father Luke’s Room. You’ll taste so many intriguing whiskeys, you may
feel a touch Irish by the evening’s end.
Hosted by Hoke Harden and tasting a wide selection of Irish
Whiskeys including Hyde 10 year, West Cork 10 year, Tullamore Dew 10 year, The Quiet Man
8 year, Jameson Cooper's Croze and Green Spot. Paired with an amazing menu from
Executive Chef Matt Schumaker.
