We called upon Khione, the Greek Goddess of Snow, to forge a cider to combat the bitter, bleak, unyielding chill of her father's winter season; Boreas, God of the North Wind. Equipped with a quiver of Madagascar Vanilla Beans, her quest began with a hunt to collect the finest Northwest pears. In an effort of pure blasphemy toward her father, she then pressed, blended, and fermented the perfect elixir, allowing us mortals to survive through the winter.
