A complex and delicious root beer-inspired Sour Beer that began as a blend of three Golden Sour Beers. The most dominant in the blend has a complex fruity yeast profile from being aged with Brettanomyces and a rich, bready, malty character. We then added Anantamul (Indian Sarsaparilla), which adds notes of vanilla, wood, and dried fruit.
Outback X is a powerful and complex beer that has a creamy, dark beige head and a ruby port red hue, which leads you to know something stunning will follow...and it does. Roasted malt with hints of hops in the nose leads to a rich malt flavor with a background reminiscent of dried fruits. Outback X is our most award-winning beer.
This Imperial Stout pours black with a dark creamy head. It’s rich and bold with flavors of oak, whiskey, molasses and dark fruits. It’s surprisingly smooth and drinkable for being such a heavy hitter.
Classic Belgian Tripel dry-hopped with Styrian Golding Hops for just a hint of bitterness.
A great malty option for the winter months! Boasting an aroma of chocolate, dried fruit, toffee, and molasses, with a slight smokiness from the use of German Oak-Smoked Wheat Malt.
Iron Heart is an Imperial Stout aged for over a year in Hogshead Whiskey barrels with sweet cherries, cocoa, and cold brew coffee. It's dark, indulgent and hard to resist.
This American-style Amber Ale is a deep, coppery brown in color. Medium-bodied, this beer is characterized by toasted malt flavors and a light fruitiness. Crystallized Rye Malt is included in the mash to lend a spicy and bready character. A late dry-hopping provides a nice grapefruit-like citrus flavor without being overly bitter.
French Oak Fermented Strong Lager with Brett and Whole Oregon White Peaches.
This thick concoction was brewed up with the sole intent of lifting the relentless oppression of winter off of our shoulders. Let the warmth of the body free your soul of the invisible chains tethering you to this meager existence. Allow the sweet molasses to carry your mind to a better place filled with ginger snaps and loving Grandmothers waiting in the breadline. And finally, go ahead and get lost gazing into the heart of this rebellious Porter. For much like our mutual oppressor, Father Winter, its heart is dark and murky with shades of dread and despair…consume it! Only by allowing this most cruel of seasons to envelope and wash over us with its mental anguish and icy tentacles will we be able to emerge into the gracious hugs of springtime sunshine. Bumbo is your friend, your comrade. Let him help carry the load.
Inspired by brewers in the 1800s to win over the Russian Czar, this is the King of Stouts. We chose Oregon Spirits Bourbon Barrels to age and condition; the vanilla, wood and bourbon play in perfect harmony with the amazing rich flavors of this beer. Black as the sky on a moonless night, this big beer boasts complex flavors of raisin, fig and chocolate. The massive body balances the big alcohol to make this a delicious brew that you can cut with a knife. Enjoy every sip of this beauty.
Continuing an age old Belgian tradition of brewing steep beers for cold months, Friar's Festivus captures the senses with aromas of lemon and dark fruit and a complex flavor profile of caramel, clove and a slight malty sweetness. Two Belgian-style yeast strains help this traditional Winter Ale strike the balance between spicy and sweet. Perfect for a cold winter evening!
Here's a heavy twist on your typical Wheat. Wheatwines take the Wheat style and add a bold kick of body and alcohol. Brewed with a simple malt bill, then blended with 84 pounds of cherries, this Wheatwine looks to please both the fruit beer enthusiasts and the fans of bold styles like Barleywines and Strong Ales. This is the perfect companion for cold winter nights and a roaring fire.
Bursting with passion fruit, grapefruit and other tropical flavors. But it's No Biggie.
Motorhead is a hoppy American-style Strong Dark Ale. Smooth alcohol notes, along with a rich malt backbone, warm the palate. Sizeable additions of kettle and dry hops provide a piney, fruity and resinous complement to this high-gravity brew.
There's an interesting coalition between beer and people when collaborating on a recipe. You're met with a subject and the spark of an idea. The mind starts running with an inspiration fueled fire that leads you to question how you can manifest this in a way that allows both the beer and the subject to meet. A Beer Called Death is the answer. Don't let the name deter you. Punk fans will know instantly what the name represents. It's Detroit in the mid-seventies. It's punk before punk existed, stashed away in attics, only to be discovered some 30 years later. In honor of the band called Death, we present you with an Imperial Coffee Stout. A mild sweetness and an alcohol warmth lay over soft bitter notes of coffee and chocolate. The blend creates a beer worthy of time, but thankfully, it's here for you to enjoy, here and now.
Barrel-Aged Coffee Stout
This Imperial Coconut Porter has all the elements to get you dreaming about wiggling your toes in the sand and enjoying the sun. You’ll be taken away by the aroma of sweet coconut and chocolate. This will quickly lead to diving in and enjoying waves of flavor that match. You’ll also be delighted with subtle notes of roast and a pleasant warming sensation. This vacation for your mouth is ultimately created by using select specialty malts and more than 50 pounds of coconut shavings. The word “coco” means “laughing face,” so let this beer take you away and bring a smile to your face.
Vintage 2016 Dark Muse spent 13 months in freshly emptied Woodford Reserve Bourbon barrels creating a big, complex and dark malty ale with intense bourbon aromas and flavors complemented by roasted characters of coffee and molasses. Alcoholic warmth blends well with sweet chocolate, vanilla and toffee aromas and finishing notes of dried fruit and hazelnut.
Our new winter seasonal combines Northwest Pears with Madagascar Vanilla Bean in this unique and delicious "pearing." It’s off-dry, flavorful and fermented from 100% Northwest apples and pears.
Pale yellow gold in color, Edgefield Hard Cider has aromas of fresh apple, apple skin, and pie spices. Lively on the tongue, fresh apple flavor dominates with hints of pear and honey. Crisp and refreshing, the hint of sweetness is balanced out by tart acidity.
An authentic, powerful apple profile with a crisp, clean acid background. Balanced with just enough sweetness to bring it all together. We wanted a cider that made us Happy, so we made one. We're not making any health claims, it’s just really good.
