The Summer of the Shark series was designed to bring sharks and shark science to communities throughout Oregon, and they're bringing the grand finale presentation to the Bagdad Theater.

Haven't heard of the Big Fish Lab? We are a research group located in Newport, at OSU's Hatfield Marine Science Center. Though we were originally established to fill a gap in our understanding of sharks in Oregon waters, our work also takes us globally - to Ireland, the Maldives, Mexico, South Africa, and more.
