Hammerhead Ale

A classic Northwest Pale Ale and McMenamins Standard. This rich chestnut colored gem is a model of harmony between hops and malted barley. Hammerhead's signature Cascade Hop nose and intense hopped flavor blend nicely with the caramel tones from the Crystal Malt. This beer has a vocal following; to run out is an unforgivable sin.

Ruby Ale

We still make Ruby with the same aims we had when brewing the first batch back in March of 1986: To create an ale that's light, crisp and refreshingly fruity. Great Western Premium 2-Row and 42 pounds of Oregon-grown and processed raspberry puree is used to craft every colorful batch. Simple but delicious.

Terminator Stout

Black as the darkest night and as rich as the most decadent dessert, Terminator is for the true Stout lover. This is a full-bodied and flavor packed ale that draws it's robust complexity from kiln-baked specialty grains. Look for a wide array of toasted, chocolate, nutty and coffee-like flavors in every pint. The devoted swear by it, and it remains one of our top selling beers, year after year.

1983 Lager

1983. The year it all began. Our first pub, the Barley Mill. Grateful Dead poured from the speakers as beer poured from the taps, and it wasn’t long before we began brewing our own. Thousands of beers later, we landed at this: 1983, a lager to toast where we’ve been and where we’re headed next. The beer you’re about to enjoy is a Premium American Lager, clean and smooth with a crisp finish.

Hop Pillow

Best of Craft Beer Awards 2020 Bronze Medal winner in the Juicy/Hazy IPA category. Boozy, juicy, and tropical. How can you go wrong? The new year has brought us some new hops to play with and we made sure to take advantage of that with this Hazy IPA! Dry hopped with massive amounts of Azacca and El Dorado, this hazy boasts some super tropical flavors reminiscent of pineapple, melon and tangerine.

Iron Heart Barrel-Aged Cherry Chocolate Coffee Stout

Hazy Hammerhead

You know it, you love it, it's Hammerhead but hazy style. This all Cascade hop brew was created to riff on the classic, but with a slightly higher ABV, lower bitterness and the signature soft mouth feel of a hazy IPA.

Great Uncle Jim Stout

Great Uncle Jim McMenamin, in his rambling old Portland house, had near-flawless specimens of rose-colored light bulbs – the perfect balance of pink, brown, orange, white and gold. And in a perfect balance of whiskey barrel-aged coffee, lactose, hops and malt, this rich, roasty, full-bodied Irish Coffee Stout is an ode to Great Uncle Jim.

Barrel-Aged Great Uncle Jim Coffee Stout

This 2023 Great Uncle Jim coffee stout was brewed with lactose and barrel aged cold brew, then aged for one year in Hogshead whiskey barrels. The result is a limited edition tour de force of coffee, oak, and roasted malts with a notes of dried fruit and vanilla.

Barrel Aged Black Widow

This one off version of our beloved Black Widow Porter has been aged in a Hogshead Whiskey barrel for four weeks and has developed some wonderful characteristics of oak and whiskey that melt together with the already complex flavors of Black Widow.

Blood Orange Ginger Cider

Imperial Bee Cider

TThis imperial blend is aged for nine months in our Monkey Puzzle Whiskey barrels, then blended with a dollop of honey to create this royal concoction, the Imperial Bee. The result is truly exceptional, with notes of caramel apple and vanilla and subtle flavors of oak and honey throughout.

McMenamins Irish Stout (Nitro)

McMenamins Irish- style Stout uses a traditional recipe and methods. A fantastic fusion of coffee-like roasted barley bitterness meets notes of semi-sweet chocolate, tethered to moderate hop flavor with tiny nitrogen bubbles to heighten its smooth, silky creaminess. Sláinte!

Ruby Royale

Our classic Ruby takes on a Rubenesque figure when we double the raspberries and expand the malt bill for this limited release batch. With an ABV over 7%, this special brew takes the tart effervescence that Ruby drinkers love and layers in a deeper raspberry flavor, earning this Imperial Raspberry Goddess the name Ruby Royale.

33rd State IPA

A light straw color makes way for aromas of grapefruit, mixed berries and fresh pine, thanks to a thorough dry-hopping. A medium body welcomes a bready sweetness and flavors of citrus and tropical fruit. The finish is crisp, with just the right amount of bitterness. Egyptian Cotton Hazy IPA

Egyptian Cotton was named after the soft, cozy companion that a blanket can provide. This beer is just that soft, like a basket full of clouds. Aromas of citrus and candied fruit float over a light hazy body comprised of silky rolled oats, full of hop-forward flavor but lacking an overly assertive bitterness. Pau Hana Gold

Pau Hana Gold Island Lager is crisp, clean and as refreshing as an ocean breeze. This beer has wonderful fruity esters from both the lager yeast and noble hops. The name Pau Hana is Hawaiian for "work is finished" and was the first beer to come out of the Kalama Harbor Lodge Brewery and has become a staple of this location. This easy drinking lager is sure to keep you balanced on your path.

Sabertooth Haze IPA

The Crystal Brewery has collaborated with the Edgefield Brewery to create a beer that's meant to mirror the spirit of the Annual Sabertooth Psychedelic Rock Micro Fest. This hazy IPA boasts aromas of citrus and ripe papaya while a smooth, pillowy mouthfeel precedes resinous flavors of juicy tropical fruit. Raise a Haze to the rock of past and present.

Sunflower IPA

Inspired by the bountiful sunflowers grown in West Linn Pub's beer garden, this India Pale Ale was first introduced in 1995 and has become a summer classic. Tropic Heat

Tropic Heat is a kettle soured ale brewed with pink guava puree, coconut and habanero peppers. The heat contribution from the peppers is very minimal and creates a pleasant background quality that lingers. This slight spiciness accentuates the fruity, full guava taste that is this beer's foundation. Coconut was also added to pleasantly blend all of the fine flavors together.

Purple Haze

This beer was named after the most recognizable of Jimi Hendrix tunes, and its notable that the song’s colorful imagery came to Hendrix in a dream,. In a 1969 interview, he said “I dream a lot and I put a lot of my dreams down as songs.” Sixteen years later, McMenamins dared to dream and introduced fruit in the creation of our ales. We still craft our Fruit Ales exactly as we first did, aiming to make them crisp and refreshingly fruity. Purple Haze, a requested favorite since its beginnings in 1990, is brewed with fresh Oregon boysenberries in every batch.

White Tiger Specialty IPA

This India Pale Ale is fierce. From our Specialty IPA Series comes our fall brew, a reincarnation of a beer originally crafted at McMenamins Fulton Brewery in 1993. Black Widow Porter
