About Winter Scotch Dinner
Come in from the cold for some warming spirits — we'll feature a multicourse menu paired with Balvenie Doublewood, Balvenie 15 Year Single Barrel, Balvenie 14 Year Caribbean Cask, Glenfiddich 12 Year and Glenfiddich 15 Year Solera Reserve.
Your host will be none other than Stuart Ramsay (a.k.a. The Scotch Guy), contributing editor for The Definitive World Guide to Whisky.

House-Cured Salmon
Atlantic salmon cured with salt, brown sugar, herbs and Edgefield Distillery's White Dog Whiskey. Served with dill seed oat cakes, crème fraiche, radishes, capers & sieved egg.
Smoked Duck Sausages
Homemade pork & duck links flavored with mustard seed. Served with tatties & neeps, peppercorn-whisky sauce.
Venison Shanks
Braised in Edgefield Stout with wild mushrooms & rosemary. Served with pan jus, toasted barley risotto, pearl onions.
Raspberry Cranachan
Fresh raspberry fool with whisky-soaked toasted oatmeal and whipped cream scented with whisky & heather honey.
