About Ruby's Spa
Set just off Edgefield's west driveway in a three-story building formerly known as the Janus House, Ruby's Spa is the second upscale salon to grace McMenamins' properties. (The first opened at the Grand Lodge in Forest Grove, Ore., in 2006.) Named for the flame-haired sorceress who adorns our bottled Ruby Ale and who appears in various forms and fashions throughout Edgefield, the spa casts a spell of contentment over all who enter.
Ruby's features comfortable, warm decor – hardwood floors, a natural color palette, original artwork by the McMenamins artists and more echo Edgefield's main lodge. Our trained staff offers manicures, pedicures, massage, scrubs, make-up application, hair styling and beyond. Schedule an appointment to get all gussied up before a big date, or spend the entire day getting a complete makeover before your wedding.
The spa offers an array of products with an emphasis on natural resources. We carry the acclaimed Jane Iredale Mineral Cosmetics, Eminence Organic Skincare and PureOlogy's earth-friendly hair care line, among other items.
Stop by the spa gift shop during your visit to Edgefield for cosmetics, spa wear, soaps, beauty products and more. There is an assortment of pretty things that make excellent gifts for bridesmaids, friends, family and (best of all!) yourself.
Don't forget to bring along your swimsuit! Our gorgeous soaking pool, set just behind the spa, is open to all spa and hotel overnight guests.
