A back alley entrance leads intrepid wine lovers into Hotel Oregon's Cellar Bar- a unique meld of '20s-style speakeasy and modern day wine bar. Wooden planks overhead make a rustic roof. A row of suspended colored glass shades the lighting, and eclectic artwork abounds. It's easy to forget the hustle and bustle of life here as you sip and sample. The featured drinks are Edgefield wines and vintages from the surrounding Yamhill County wineries, made all the better with an order of cheese fondue pot, ale spiked clam chowder or red wine beef stew (made with Edgefield Winery's popular Black Rabbit Red table wine). Wine tastings are available, as are bottles.
