Terminator Stout
Black as the darkest night. Rich as the most decadent dessert, Terminator is for the true stout lover. This is a full bodied and flavor packed ale which draws it's robust complexity from kiln-baked specialty grains. Look for a wide array of toasted, chocolate, nutty and coffee-like flavors in every pint! The devoted swear by it, and it remains one of our top selling ales year after year.
Hammerhead
A classic Northwest pale ale and McMenamins top selling beer. This rich chestnut colored gem is a model of harmony between hops and malted barley. Hammerhead's signature Cascade hop nose and intense hopped flavor blend nicely with the caramel tones from the crystal malt. This beer has a vocal following. To run out is an unforgivable sin.
Ruby
One of our most popular standards, we still make Ruby with the same aims we had when brewing the first batch back in March 1986: To create an ale light, crisp and refreshingly fruity. Great Western Premium 2-row and 42 pounds of Oregon-grown and processed raspberry puree is used to craft every colorful batch. Simple but delicious. Taste the original!
Troublemaker IPA
This is an IPA with a rebellious streak, full of attitude and bursting with hoppy flavor. Packed of the usual suspects of northwest hops, Simcoe, Centennial and Crystal, it is crisp and citrusy, with enough balance to drink all day long. Whether your name is James Dean, Steve McQueen or Bruce Loux, pick up a pint and toast your favorite bad boy!
Deep V Wheat
With Wheat malt making up only 30 percent of the grain bill, Deep V is a very smooth and easy drinking beer. Light yet flavorful, Deep V will quench any beer lovers summer thirst.
Umber Waves Of Grain (Oak-aged • Nitro Tap)
Thick, rich and creamy, ‘Umber Waves of Grain’ is a meal in a glass. Barley Malts, Rye malts, Oat malt and Wheat malts give this multigrain stout a complex malt character with plenty of body and roasty and nutty flavors. The Oats and Wheat and Flaked Barley contribute to a creamy mouthfeel that is countered by a subtle bitterness and flavors from Tettnang and Goldings Hops. A Rye Whiskey barrel-aged character comes from over four months aging with oak chips soaked in rye whiskey.
Man-O-War IRA
A relatively new style, the IRA (India Red Ale) combines the hop profile of an IPA with the crimson color of a Red Ale. This stallion of a beer pours a deep red and has plenty of that Northwest hoppy panache. A strong malt presence provides a sturdy foundation for the Northwest hops to shine. Each Keg has been dry hopped enhancing the hop aroma of this vibrant ale.
Ctrl-Alt-Del (On Nitro)
“Control Alt Delete” is the Edgefield’s version of the classic German “Alt” style Ale. We made it unique to Edgefield by using Premium Northwest 2-row barley and McMenamins proprietary yeast. Smooth, easy drinking and deep amber in color the “Ctrl-Alt-Del” is sure to satisfy any beer connoisseur.
