DESSERT AND SPARKLING

2004 Fireside Zinfandel, Oregon

The '04 Fireside has aromas of raisins, figs, brown sugar and caramel. Due to its 19% alcohol and 11.9% residual sugar, it is an age-worthy wine that will gain complexity and will mellow over the next decade.
