Hand Crafted Brews

Enjoy a pint of McMenamins finest brewed onsite!
Beer available to go at all McMenamins locations.

Terminator Stout
Black as the darkest night. Rich as the most decadent dessert, Terminator is for the true stout lover. This is a full bodied and flavor packed ale which draws it's robust complexity from kiln-baked specialty grains. Look for a wide array of toasted, chocolate, nutty and coffee-like flavors in every pint! The devoted swear by it, and it remains one of our top selling ales year after year.

Hammerhead
A classic Northwest pale ale and McMenamins top selling beer. This rich chestnut colored gem is a model of harmony between hops and malted barley. Hammerhead's signature Cascade hop nose and intense hopped flavor blend nicely with the caramel tones from the crystal malt. This beer has a vocal following. To run out is an unforgivable sin.

Ruby
One of our most popular standards, we still make Ruby with the same aims we had when brewing the first batch back in March 1986:  To create an ale light, crisp and refreshingly fruity. Great Western Premium 2-row and 42 pounds of Oregon-grown and processed raspberry puree is used to craft every colorful every  batch. Simple but delicious.  Taste the original!

Sleepy Hollow Nut Brown
Time has slipped by again and we are confronted with the myriad of changes in the season that is autumn. Beautiful arrays of different colored foliage magically appear on the trees. Chillier weather starts to encompass our lives day by day. It's time to start thinking of burning wood in the fireplace to drive the cold from the extremities and of savoring the potion of your choice to warm the bones and soothe the soul. One can't think of anything better than the McMenamins classic seasonal brew, Sleepy Hollow Nut Brown.
Sleepy Hollow Nut Brown's chestnut color and medium body will cast an otherworldly spell over you. The complex malt character, well balanced with Nugget and US Golding hops, will have you walking in a continual reverie. Legend has it that Ichabod Crane downed a few Nut Brown Ales listening to local ghost tales and scary legends at the Van Tassel merry-making party before his fateful trip home. Be watchful and clear-headed on your way home lest you begin to grow fanciful, see shapes and shadows in the night and hear things in the howling wind. It may just be your imagination or it may just be the Headless Horseman on his fire-breathing black stallion following you!

Blind Sight IPA
Sometimes the simplest oxymoron can help explain the hardest of things. The Blind Sight can easily be described with any word that is characteristic of IPAs, floral, citrus, hoppy, bitter and extremely good tasting! Try one today you won’t regret it!

Lava Rock Porter
The Lava Rock Porter is a rock hard version of a Porter with deep malt tones and which progresses to a smooth chocolate like finish! A small amount of hops dance a bit but the malts flavor is the what really erupts on your taste buds!!

Das Hefewiezen
This is a traditional German wheat ale made with a Bavarian Wheat Yeast strain. Light in color and body with a slight haze appearance. Hints of banana and clove give this beer a distinct taste! A zest of lemon or even and orange rounds out the fruity esters popular with this style.

Parson Brown (Nitro Only)
Parson Brown is a bigger version of a brown ale! More malts, more hops and more flavor all around! Caramel and toffee give this semi sweet malt body nice complexities. Enough hops to feel their pres- ence round out this drink. And at 7% ABV stronger than most brown ales! Very enjoyable on cold winter nights!

Fireside Red Ale
Our popular red ale named after the Fireside bar. A balanced beer with malty start with tones of fresh bread. Followed up by earthy fla- vored hops that have a bit of lingering bitterness.

Slingshot Organic Pale
The Slingshot Pale Ale is a great rendition of a mellow yet flavorful pale ale. A mellow malt complex starts off and then takes off like a slingshot with hop flavor.! Not overpowering but certainly present for mild and hoppy drinkers alike.

Heart Beat Dunkelweizen
In days of Old it was said the Dunkelweizen was drunk for it’s health benefits. Meaning dark wheat, this beer has the banana and bubblegum characteristics of the lighter Hefeweizen version but with a touch more malt complexity. Drink one for your health!  You won’t regret it!
